For Christmas this year we went to Knoxville to be with my family. It was a quick and busy trip! Traveling for more than one night with a 2 month old is quite interesting. He did great until Christmas Eve night... I guess he was just so excited for santa to come.

On Christmas Day we all went to my dad's house to celebrate. The kids had red noses and sang jingle bells. It was so sweet. Then we opened gifts and sat down to a wonderful meal. The day went quickly but it was good to be with family.

We did our family Christmas that night. It was so good to start the tradition of your own family Christmas.

We spent our New Year's Eve with our good friends and dinner. We made it a short night and in bed by 10:30!
Our New Year started with having to take Rett in for his 2 month check up. He officially weighs 13 lbs 7.5 oz. That puts him in the 75% for weight! And was in the 75% for height as well! We don't have a small guy on our hands, that's for sure. He had to get his shots and was miserable the rest of the day. today is his first day "back to normal" since his appointment on the 2nd. We're glad to have him back!
